Privacy Policy
This policy explains what MB Ombelia does with personal data. We have tried to keep it short and specific, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not a privacy policy.
Who we are
MB Ombelia is a Mažoji bendrija registered in Lithuania under registration code 000000000, at Street name 00-00, LT-00000 Vilnius, Lithuania. We are the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. You can reach us at hello@ombelia.co.
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party trackers, fonts, or embedded content. There is no advertising and no profiling. Nothing you do here is used to build a picture of you.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — to serve pages and to protect the site from abuse. This is ordinary server logging, kept briefly, and we do not query it to identify individuals.
When you contact us
If you use the form on our site or email us directly, we receive whatever you send: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you, and we keep the correspondence so we have a record of what was said. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone selling anything.
Our applications
We have not published any applications yet. When we do, this policy will be updated to describe — per application — what data is collected, whether it ever leaves your device, and why. Each app will also carry its own privacy label on the App Store.
Why we are allowed to do this
- Legitimate interest — running a secure website and replying to people who write to us.
- Consent — anything optional we ask you to opt into, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation — accounting and tax records, where a purchase is involved.
Who else touches your data
Two companies, both acting on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, DNS and security for this website.
- GoDaddy / Titan — our email, so anything you send to hello@ombelia.co is stored there.
Both may process data outside the EEA. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data, and we have never been asked to.
How long we keep it
Server logs: a short period, as set by our host. Correspondence: as long as it is useful for support history, and no longer than three years after our last exchange unless we are required to keep it. Ask us to delete your messages sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to it entirely. Write to hello@ombelia.co and we will respond within 30 days. It costs nothing and we will not ask you why.
If you think we have handled this badly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Children
Nothing we make is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant — new data collected, a new processor — we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing a paragraph.
